Through Coosa Valley Medical Center’s Post-Acute Services, our dedicated staff is able to provide excellent and compassionate care in two wonderful environments.  Our Transitional Care Unit, which is a specialized short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care unit and our Nursing Home, which provides our residents with a caring family-like atmosphere.
