The Emergency Department at Coosa Valley Medical Center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to provide care to the critically ill patient. Physician coverage is provided 24-hours a day by a group of physicians specializing in emergency medicine.The department consists of 13 beds which allows us to treat a wide variety of emergent, urgent, and non-urgent illnesses and injuries.

Our staff of experienced professionals are trained and certified to deal with any and all emergency situations. With such certifications as Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Trauma Nurse Core Certification, our nurses posses the most current and accurate knowledge to help you in your moment of need.
