Administrator On Call

We hope you have a wonderful experience each time you visit the Coosa Valley Medical Center, whether you are having surgery followed by a stay on one of our inpatient units or just stopping by for a cup of coffee from our Hickory Street Cafe’.  However, we recognize there may be times we fall short of your expectations.  When this happens we want to know so that we can address your issue.

To support this Coosa Valley Medical Center has an Administrator on-call 7 days a week 24 hours a day.   If you have concerns that have not been addressed during your visit, we encourage you to contact the Administrator on call or any member of the hospital’s Management Team.  Any Coosa Valley Medical Center team member will be able to put you in contact with the Administrator on call or you may call our main line at 256.401.4000 and ask the operator to connect you to the on call Administrator.

If your concern cannot be resolved through the Medical Center, you may contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register a complaint by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint @jcaho.org.
